Mum gets perfect replica of son's facial birthmark painted on her

A mum paid tribute to her son by having a perfect replica of his birthmark painted on her face - so she could walk in his shoes for a day.

Little Enzo Cestari, one, was born with a dark birthmark covering most of his forehead and stretching down one side of his nose.

His mum Carolina Giraldelli, 26, vowed to never hide his unique mark and to make sure he knew he was perfect just the way he was.
