Introduction To My Marathon Vlog

I am a semi physically fit 37 year old guy. I am going to attempt running my first ever Marathon. I have run a half marathon before with a time of 1.59.59. lol so 2 hours. I currently train in beginners level jiujitsu and muy thai. My training regiment currently is running 3x a week, body weight training, and Jiujitsu and muy thai. I currently run 3 miles at about a 9 min pace. I work a full time job in the field and my ultimate goal is to complete the iron man championships. So lets get started. My Marathon is in September 2024 so wish me luck.
