Blinken chides Beijing's 'unlawful actions' at sea

Speaking to foreign ministers of the Association of Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN) in Laos on Saturday (July 27), U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken called out the PRC's 'unlawful actions' in the South China Sea.
