Today I give you some tips on your first monk mode. Remove all distractions and get focused! No more cheap dopamine, only education content that helps you achieve your goal.

Say yes to:
-the gym
- reading
- learning
-developing discipline
- improving focus
- drinking more water

Say no to:
- music to distract yourself
- gaming for cheap dopamine
- never ending social media scrolling
- drinking/partying
-overindulging on sugar
