Jesper Brodin, IKEA CEO: "The companies in the World Economic Climate Alliance these are the brands and companies that you will see in 5, 10, 15, 20 years from now. The companies who are left on the station are getting very close to the too late factor...We are at the point where we know that a lot of sectors, industry including energy sector are not enough committed, are not speaking out, are not showing enough vulnerability for the unknown and are still investing in the old economy. So basically when the car came throwing more horses at the problem wasn't a good idea. Maybe temporarily, but what we're seeing right now is throwing a lot of horses when there is something totally new around the corner. So I would say invite...for leaders to be courageous and say: Not on my shift, I will be part of making this transformation."
