Tortellini
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTRY
500 g of flour
5 eggs

FOR THE STUFFING
Chicken meat, chicken breast 250 gr
Raw ham 200 g
Mortadella 200 g
Parmigiano Reggiano 65 g
Large eggs 1
Nutmeg to be grated to taste
Salt up to taste
Black pepper to taste

Processing steps
Mix the shredded chicken meat, along with the other ingredients, to obtain the filling
Mix the flour and eggs to obtain the dough
Roll out the dough
Cut the dough into circles or squares
Place the portion of filling on each square of pastry
Shape the tortellino
