About Dave Hendricks:
Born in Frankfurt, Germany, Dave spent a total of 8.5 years there, plus one year in England during his father's deployment to Vietnam. His father, originally from Philadelphia, was a Master Mason at Triangle Lodge No. 834 of the American-Canadian Grand Lodge in Germany, while his mother hailed from St. Albans, England.

Dave has been happily married to Shanda for 31 years, and together they have two children, Danny and Kelsey, and one son-in-law, Tanner.

Meet the Family:

🔹 Danny: Lives in Olathe and works for the KU-Med police department and the Kansas City Chiefs. Danny owns three Super Bowl rings and an AFC Championship ring and is famously known as Taylor Swift’s golf cart driver. He is also a Master Mason, serving as the Senior Warden of Justice Lodge and the Junior Warden of Emporia. Danny just earned his master’s degree in emergency management from Florida International University.

🔹 Kelsey: Married to Tanner Willis, Kelsey lives in Olathe and is the director of the after-school program for Blue Valley Schools. She was a 4-year starter at point guard for Ottawa University and holds a degree in education.

Dave's Professional and Masonic Journey:
Dave has dedicated his career to facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Resource Management for TFI, a child welfare agency. His responsibilities span 53 facilities across four states and a fleet of 240 vehicles. Previously, Dave was the director of the Emporia State University Memorial Union and director of Campus Planning, managing over $30M in renovation and construction projects.

Masonic Achievements (some):
🔹 Joined Heidelberg Chapter, Order of the DeMolay (1979) and served as Master Councilor (1981)
🔹 Raised a Master Mason in Emporia Lodge No. 12 (1994)
🔹 Installed as WM of Emporia Lodge No. 12 (1997) and served the 1998 year
🔹 Held numerous positions, including DDGM, Grand Junior Steward, Grand Sword Bearer (Grand Lodge of Kansas
🔹 Grand Chaplain (Eastern Star), Grand Standard Bearer, and Grand Representative to St. Edwards Island
🔹 Elected to membership and served as WM of St. John Lodge No. 14, Prince Hall Grand Lodge (2010-2013)
🔹 Elected to Board of Trustees for the KMF and served as Executive Vice President of the KMF Board of Directors
🔹 Joined various lodges and Masonic organizations, achieving Ritualist Status and earning the 🔹 Distinguished Service Medal
🔹 Currently serving as Grand Senior Warden (2024) and recently served as Worthy Grand Patron (Eastern Star)
