Even though SCOTUS overturned "CHEVRON" they (The ATF) are still imposing their unconstitutional will. One of their latest misinterpretations of the law is "Engaged In The Business". If you, as a private citizen of the United States sell a firearm and make a profit you could face hefty fines and jail time, even if you use a FFL! This according to the ATF's misguided and open-ended interpretation of the definition.  John tells us what we need to know.
