I did 15 #sets of #working #chest movements the other day. 5 #inclinebench, 5 #inclinedumbell and then 5 incline dumbbell (flies)

This is the 5-10 dumbbell press.

Felt super weird being at the gym with people, i had to go early, even weirder recording my self. but break through #growth is when your #uncomfortable #growthmindset
