Tedros' Gleeful Victory Speech on Passing the Amended International Health Regulations

The World Health Assembly passed a package of Amendments to the International Health Regulations on June 1, 2024. These Amendments pose a serious threat to our national sovereignty and personal freedom. To those who declared victory because the Amendments were not as bad as they could have been, I ask: Why is Tedros so gleeful at the passage of these Amendments? I believe it is because the WHO got all it needed to establish a totalitarian surveillance state.
