Meet Julie...

Julie Scott Emmons, a native of North Carolina, is a dedicated advocate for the dignity and value of every human life. With a career spanning Education, Government, Political Leadership, and Public Service, she holds a B.A. in History from Bryan College and an M.Ed. in Special Education from Elon University. Julie has extensive experience in grassroots organization, party leadership, and policy, serving in various roles within the Republican Party, including Chairman of the NCGOP Platform Committee. She ran Congressman Mark Walker’s successful campaign in 2014 and served as his District Director and Deputy Chief of Staff. Julie is the South Regional Director of Government Affairs for Human Coalition. She lives in Mebane with her family and their Australian Labradoodle, Gus.
