The world has always repeated the same course of action from before humanity to the present day. Ice caps melt sea levels overtake land masses and then everything freezes into an Ice age and everything melts and the land masses take on different geographically based shapes some of the land mass stays submerged. Rinse and repeat and nothing has changed it is a very long process that most of you will never see in your lifetime.
