Unlock the Bible Now! Bite and Devour One Another: Navigating Doctrinal Differences with Grace and Humility

Show Notes

Summary:

I am constantly amazed at the positive feedback and testimonials people share with me regarding this ministry and our Bible Mysteries Podcast. I am humbled and blessed beyond measure that anything I might do could be used by the Lord to cause others to grow and rejoice! I give God all praise and glory if anything I have ever said was used to the edification of the saints. There is nothing good in me, but there is everything good in My Savior!

I do, of course, get negative feedback or criticism about this ministry, and in most cases, it’s either a misunderstanding of what I said or just a reflection of the immaturity of the listener. Sometimes the disagreements are doctrinal, and you can feel the mean-spiritedness in the words of those who disagree with you. There is an arrogance, an unkindness, and a total lack of filter to stop and think, “Is this what the Lord would have me do in attacking another brother or sister?” But pride is a very strong power over those who gain a little bit of knowledge. Humility, on the other hand, is sorely lacking, not only in the world but in the Body of Christ!

The Unlock the Bible Now ministry provides weekly Sunday Bible Studies to help you understand God's word and unlock the secrets found in the Bible.

Takeaway:
Those of us who choose to can still serve the Lord until He catches us away. The rapture may not be with a bang but a whimper. Let us choose to love one another, even if it means the Dispensation of Grace is near the end. At least we can say that we fought a good fight, finished our course, and kept the faith. The crown is not laid up for how many we marked and avoided; it’s laid up for those who love the Lord’s appearing! If we love His appearing, let us love one another.
