Hamas, Fatah reach consent on unity and post-war governance of Gaza

As Israel seeks more funding from the US to continue its military operation in Gaza, China has been brokering a unity agreement between Palestinian factions, particularly Fatah and Hamas.

And while some Middle Eastern countries have hailed the deal, Israel has dismissed it, vowing to destroy Hamas in Gaza.
