Hey Hamsters! 🐹 Between Ferrari now taking crypto, the release of a new Bitcoin ad in the Vegas Sphere, and murky waters ahead for our fav OG AI tool — ChatGPT, time to dig in! Ferrari just announced that it would accept payments in cryptocurrency in Europe after its successful launch in the US last year! Bitcoin made an appearance on the Las Vegas Sphere! Thanks to an advertisement from Crypto.com which is celebrating its 8th anniversary, you can see the World’s Biggest Bitcoin. The Chinese technology giant JDcom plans to release a stablecoin called JD Stablecoin that will maintain a 1:1 peg with the Hong Kong dollar (HKD). The digital asset manager Hashdex has applied for a combined spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF in the US, with a possibility of adding more assets if approved. It is not a good week for OpenAI. It, apparently, is running a costly business that could lose as much as $5 billion dollars in 2024. At this rate, the ChatGPT maker will run out of cash within 12 months. That’s all for today!
