Elder Watch, a project of James O'Keefe's O'Keefe Media Group (OMG), has uncovered fraudulent activity involving ActBlue, a prominent left-wing political action committee (PAC), making unauthorized donations to Kamala Harris's campaign. An elderly woman in Phoenix, identified as a left-wing voter by her t-shirt, was found to have made 20 donations to the Kamala campaign through ActBlue, despite not having initiated these donations herself.

An undercover OMG reporter visited the woman's home, informing her of the numerous donations made in her name. "There was a flurry of donations made in your name, about 20 donations?" the reporter asked. The woman, surprised, responded, "I don't think so." When asked if she had ever donated to ActBlue, she affirmed but did not recognize the specific donations.

Elder Watch aims to protect voters over 65 from political exploitation. The reporter explained that some political predators are using voters' names and addresses to make numerous micro-donations, circumventing federal donation limits. In this case, it appears ActBlue split large donations into many small ones, including 20 in the name of this elderly woman, who had previously donated to left-wing candidates but not in this manner.

The discovery prompted reactions on social media. One commenter on X said, "They cheat in so many ways that it's unbelievable." Another added, "NOTHING will happen to the frauds that perpetrate these obvious money laundering and campaign finance crimes."

Concerns were raised about the prevalence of such fraudulent donations through ActBlue and the likelihood of an investigation. One person claimed to have received a "thank you" note for purchasing a Biden Gold plan subscription for donations, despite not having made such a purchase, describing the correspondence as "very sketchy."

Suggestions were made for the defrauded woman to request a refund of the unauthorized donations. Many expressed skepticism about any investigation or accountability, citing political biases and lack of enforcement. The incident raised questions about the integrity of political donations and the role of state attorneys general in investigating such fraud.
