Connect with Nature and Watch Your Problems Fade Away

We have been disconnected from nature, and that's where problems started to arise.

We isolate ourselves in concrete structures, have little to no exposure to natural sunlight, and our only form of recreational activity is doom scrolling through various applications on different devices.

Then we wonder why we have so many vices, addiction problems, emotional issues, anxiety, and depression. We wonder why we don't get pleasure from the small things in life. It's like we need insane amounts of dopamine rush to feel something. Sometimes, we need insane amounts of drugs to feel good.

Most of these problems would fade away, if you just connected to nature and followed it's laws.

Just going for a run in the park; whenever you feel immense sadness can reduce the amount of sadness you experience significantly. After you have expressed this sadness, it'll be much easier to sit down with the emotions, do the inner work, and let go.

This gets esoteric...
We have seven energy centers in our body that correlate to seven chakras.

The Root chakra (the bottom chakra) is responsible for making you feel safe and grounded. When this is not balanced, you feel immense amounts of fear and nervousness.

A quick way to feel grounded and balance your root chakra is to surround yourself with nature.

Being in nature has this balancing, healing effect that helps you feel grounded.

The bottom three chakras (Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus) are responsible for the survival of the human organism. This correlates to the lower vibrational emotions such as anger, envy, lust, greed, and apathy. These emotions are the survival paradigm.

Even though they are lower vibrational emotions, they are still essential for our species' survival, so instead of eliminating them, utilize them for your benefit.

Don't eliminate lower vibrational emotions, you need them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kZpMjxzVnk

By connecting to nature and abiding by its laws, you can balance the bottom chakras.

If you study nature, especially the animal kingdom, everything is done in moderation.

You don't see the lion or the tiger consume excess food or mate excessively. They have a period where they hunt and eat and also have a mating season. Food is amazing, but if you have too much of it, you know what happens. Similarly, making love and mating is great, but if you are indulging in lovemaking every hour of the day for months and years together, it's probably too much.

Hence, overconsumption leads to downfall.

When you disconnect from nature and surround yourself with several devices in your room, you are overconsuming stuff from the internet. Especially when you consume brain-rot content that revolves around words such as "skibidi", "rizz", etc., it's not helping you; but instead rotting your brain in the long run.

So get out before it's too late as nature is slowly fading away. The green spaces, trees, and water bodies are slowly fading away.

Soon, everything around you will be concrete, billboards with advertisements, and concrete infrastructure that give you a feeling of a Fake Paradise: an ARTIFICIAL PARADISE.

So experience nature while it still lasts.

Right now, I have the luxury to experience this nature. I don't know when this will fade away.

As when it's gone, it's gone.....
