In this episode, I discuss the importance of nutrition and diet in sobriety. I share his personal journey of trying different diets and finding what works for me.

I emphasize the need for individual experimentation and research regarding diet.

I recommend eliminating processed junk food, limiting sugar intake, and avoiding seed or vegetable oils.

I also mention the launch of a sobriety group for men on the Skool platform, which I created for men looking to get and stay sober. The group is filled with like-minded men who want to help each other overcome their demons.
