Come meet Matt Findora he served in the USMC for 10 1/2 years as an air traffic controller. He got out in Oct 2021. He is currently working as an air traffic controller, but it's not his passion. His passion is being a mindset coach for young men, helping them overcome victim mindset so they can achieve purposeful life goals. He focusses on men because men need a lot more support than what they are getting. He's also a board advisor for 2 local non-profits and a contract speaker for another non-profit.
