Seasoned Cops will tell you that they approach every scene as if there is a accessible Gun present, theirs. All a suspect has to do is grab it, turning a situation with an unarmed suspect into a deadly encounter with an armed one. And that happens more often than you may think. Unarmed does not mean harmless!
