- Less than 1% of diseases are congential/from birth which means 99% of all dis-ease is the environment signaling the genes

- It’s your thoughts, attitudes, words, beliefs, which lead to your emotions, which become your physical body

- The one human freedom nobody can take from you is your attitude - so right now you can choose to have a positive attitude

- And know the Universe is always working for you, not against you, so in every moment choose your attitude, thoughts, beliefs, words attitudes and then your hologram will reflect the reality you are co-creating
