NAKED TRUTH ABOUT SAILING in CROATIA

Welcome back to Sailing Joy we are Ed and Patricia and today we'll sail farther north in Croatia to continue exploring this country and its Islands. We will stop in places like Starigrad have a taste of the famous YachtWeek (find out what it is!), then sail to the other side of Hvar Island to a protected bay called Verboska before setting sail to Primosten. We will today bring to YOU, the NAKED TRUTH ABOUT SAILING IN CROATIA! We really thought that Croatia was going to be super easy to sail as the anchorages are not far from each other and with so many islands that could protect us from eventual bad weather, but we quickly learned about the reality around here a strong wind called BURA that blows super strong in combination with many, I mean many charter boats around, creates the perfect formula for a disaster to happen.
