Biden Speaks To The Nation, Benjamin Netanyahu Speaks To Congress

Gerard Filitti (4:36)- Joe Biden addressed the Nation tonight. He spoke on passing the torch as he handed the baton to Kamala Harris, he spoke of his next few months in office and what he expects from America after he leaves office.
