Born in 1985 to young parents in Sacramento, CA, Sarah felt unwanted and a burden, growing up amidst poverty and visible evil spirits, enduring harsh punishments and developing a distorted view of God, yet finding solace in reading and studying other languages. She had the adult responsibility of caring for her siblings, leaving her overwhelmed and suicidal.

At 22,after her father's departure and abandoning her faith, she fell into sex trafficking and endured unimaginable trauma until a Christian family offered refuge, marking the start of her healing journey and finding purpose in healthcare and education.
