Garden Terrace features the ruined remains of a once-elegant rooftop terraced garden, with a fountain in the middle surrounded by dead grass, old lamps, and damaged trees. The terrace is accessible through the roof exit of Haymarket Mall or by traveling along the elevated highway above from the third-floor exits of Commonwealth Bank and the Congress Street garage. As soon as one arrives, the Sole Survivor will be assaulted by a leveled deathclaw (possibly two at higher levels).
