The Modei Ani prayer expresses gratitude to the Creator of the Universe for each moment of wakefulness. It is found in the Morning Blessings of the Jewish prayer book.
Translation:
"Thankful am I before You, living King everlasting.
You restore my soul to within me.
Your faithfulness abounds"
