Moscow car blast wounds two, suspect flees to Türkiye

A parked car was ripped apart by an explosion in the Russian capital, leaving two people injured. The suspect has managed to flee the country for Türkiye, according to Russian Federal Security Service Director Aleksander Bortnikov. RT’s Steve Sweeney reports from the scene.
