Russian Iskander takes out foreign ‘mercenary’ base in Ukraine

Russia’s Defense Ministry has reported a strike on a Ukrainian temporary deployment center near the city of Kharkov, which reportedly housed Western ‘instructors and mercenaries.’

The ministry released a video showing the strike, carried out using an Iskander-M system. Around 50 foreign personnel are said to have been killed in the strike, which comes amid repeated warnings from Moscow that foreign military personnel would be considered legitimate targets for Russian strikes.
