Donald Trump & JD Vance Exclusive Interview with Jesse Watters | Part 2

DONALD Trump and JD Vance sat down for their first joint interview with Jesse Watters on Fox.

The pre-taped interview was moved up following Joe Biden's shock announcement on Sunday afternoon that he would be suspending his re-election campaign.

Biden intends to finish his term but released a separate statement endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democrat nomination.

The interview was filmed on Saturday, one day before the announcement. But Fox News host Jesse Watters still asked Trump and Vance how they'd feel if Harris stepped in as the nominee in place of Biden, as calls for the president to step aside were growing.

Trump said it "didn't matter" who the nominee was, calling Vice President Harris "incompetent."

Trump was also asked about the attempt on his life during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, telling Watters that in his phone call with Biden after the attempt on his life, Biden told him that he is "lucky" to have moved his head when he did.
