Cut my job position in two, and offer two women my job. Why? How? Save money?

Offer two PT part-time jobs working up to 29. 1/2 hours.
Knowing two part-time positions, women will actually work about 25 hours a week.
Women have other priorities. Time off to be with their family. I knew a single woman in a mirror of my position. She valued time to fly out Friday afternoon visit a designation then fly back on Sunday afternoon.
By offering to hire more women the company’s statistics improve.
