Another Ren reaction video. This was a true reaction video, in that, this was the first time watching this video. On my channel, I may go back and watch the same videos multiple times. First time (Reaction), Second Time (Response).

By following this format for myself I can help others learn by standardizing expectations simply by reading the Title. Knowing that the video is a "Response" vice a "reaction" means that the viewer can expect more analysis and personal insights. Whereas as "reaction" is a good judge of emotional connection to the video because REN's videos are designed to tap into our Emotional Health. We can use these videos as a way to Heal ourselves, as well as, self regulate our emotions. This happens by having them and not being afraid to show them. They are call "Break through" moments.
