Cookies and Cream Pudding
Ingredients:
14 oz cookies (like graham crackers or Oreos)
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (additional)
6 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs and set them aside.

Prepare the pudding base:

In a saucepan, combine 2 1/2 cups of milk with 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk and heat gently.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Gradually add the heated milk mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly to temper the eggs.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
Incorporate the butter:

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the butter until fully melted and incorporated.
Layer the dessert:

In a serving dish or individual cups, create layers by alternating between cookie crumbs and pudding mixture.
Chill:

Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours to allow the pudding to set and the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled and enjoy your cookies and cream pudding!
