Rep. Jasmine Crockett "Ten Toes Down" With Kamala Harris

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (Texas) threw her support behind Vice President Kamala Harris as President Biden’s replacement while criticizing those who urged the president to step aside.

Crockett first praised Biden in a post on the social media platform X, saying that Democrats, not Biden, were “the problem.” Biden announced Sunday that he would be withdrawing from the presidential race after being faced with growing calls to resign for weeks following a disastrous debate performance.

But it was when Jasmine Crockett sat down with Joy Reid that the fireworks really started. She mentioned her devotion to the candidacy of Vice President Kamala Harris, the inspiration she took from the vice president, and why she is not taking a Harris victory for granted.
