The Black horse symbolizes a Coming Global Economic Disaster. The color black speaks of Famine and poverty. . The seven years tribulation will be marked with wars, anarchy and chaos. This will cause a world-wide food shortages. The scales represent the scarcity of food. It must be measured out and weighed. You only get so much. Only the rich can afford the oil and the wine.
The anti-christ will use this to begin to take control of the food and the world. Like the democrats say, " Never let a crisis go to waste"
