Here's a simple and delicious funnel cake recipe that you can make at home:

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Oil for frying (vegetable or canola oil works well)
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth. The batter should be similar to pancake batter in consistency.
Heat the Oil:

Pour oil into a deep fryer or a large, heavy-bottomed skillet to a depth of about 1 to 2 inches. Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the Funnel Cakes:

Pour the batter into a funnel, squeeze bottle, or a large resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
Hold the funnel or bag over the hot oil and carefully drizzle the batter in a circular and crisscross pattern to form a lacy funnel cake.
Fry the funnel cake until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Use tongs to carefully flip the cake halfway through.
Drain and Serve:

Use tongs or a slotted spoon to remove the funnel cake from the oil and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Dust the funnel cake generously with powdered sugar.
