STRACCIATELLA PROTEIN BLENDED OATS
Protein per serving: 24g
Fibre per serving: 8g

INGREDIENTS
50g porridge oats (quick oats) (1/2 cup)
90g plant based Greek style yogurt (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
10g vanilla flavoured protein powder (I used Koro - code GIGI for a discount) (optional) (1 tbsp)
10g dark chocolate, cut into small chunks (1 tbsp)
80ml soy milk (or any plant based milk) (1/3 cup)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional) (1 tsp)
NOTE: you can omit protein powder. Add the same amount of ground almonds OR increase the yogurt quantity to 120g (1/2 cup). If you’re not using flavoured protein powder I suggest adding more sweetener. 1 Tbsp maple syrup should be enough

Toppings
5g cacao powder (1 tsp)
15ml plant based milk (3 tsp)
1 tsp maple syrup (1 tsp)

METHOD
Blend all the base ingredients until well combined.
Transfer in your breakfast jar and set aside.
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the topping and coat the breakfast jar/bowl evenly. Note: if your breakfast bowl is bigger than mine you might need to adjust quantities for the topping
Can be eaten straight away but I highly recommend letting it sit in the fridge overnight :)
