These were shot near 5930 Heath Road, 78250. The site was a landfill in the 1970s or prior. It is filled with what we now know to be hazardous building materials (asbestos shingles, arsenic laden telephone poles and many other items). The owners were fined by TCEQ in 2015 but nothing has been done. The City is about to embark on a $14M flood control project which will have to disrupt the landfill. It should be cleaned up first!

Contact the Mayor, District 6 and 7 council persons to let them know your concerns. We are all connected to our soil and water. Let’s try to keep them clean!
