Property Improvements Monopoly Against the Game's "AI" players

I sometimes lose. Depends which Rule. See the lower right rule? I can lose that version pretty niftily. My strategy there is easy, get really lucky with the dice and buy all the auctions. Hell they're always worth more to morgage than they cost with the Dumb ass AI players. But it's the luck of the rolling dice that makes the difference in this one.

AI basically looks like programmed basically.
