Had a great workout session today focusing on improving flexibility and strengthening core muscles! 💪🏋️‍♀️ Loved the Dorsiflex forward exercises and the lateral stretches. It's amazing how activating the DeLtoid, lat muscles, and obliques can make such a difference. Feeling energized and ready to take on the day! #Flexibility #CoreStrength #WorkoutSession
