Is fibre good or bad?

We are told that fibre is ESSENTIAL for gut health, good digestion and properly working bowels.

So why then would we be told to REMOVE fibre if you have an inflammatory bowel condition?

Surely at this point you need to be eating the healthiest possible food for your gut to prevent further damage and try to heal?

How can the food we are told is BEST for our gut becomes the WORST for our gut when it’s damaged?

Does that make any sense?

No of course it doesn’t.

A food that is ACTUALLY good for you is even BETTER for you when you are in need of healing.

If a food is required to be removed when your body has to heal then clearly it is a food that is not good for you, should not be consumed in the first place, and likely contributed to the issue in the first place.

We need to unlearn all the nonsense we have been brainwashed with and start over with health and nutrition.
