Cutting the Election Wires: St. Charles County

The St.Charles County Election Authority has some questionable actions to answer to. Director Kurt Bahr has lied to the County Council on several occasions. From cutting imaginary wires inside election voting machines, evading to providing full spending cost reports, to falsifying federal election test reports. This "Authority" should be removed from office!
