7 one-headlight vehicles

I was driving for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes, maybe 30. But in that time I encountered 7 vehicles with one headlight. Is that normal or common? No it’s not. This is a tactic gangstalkers use on Targeted Individuals. It can also extend to one tail-light, one fog light or one brake light.
