"International Lady" is an American spy thriller film released in 1941, directed by Tim Whelan. The plot follows Carla Nillson, a famous singer suspected of being a Nazi spy, as she travels from London to Lisbon to New York. FBI agent Tim Hanley and Scotland Yard inspector Reggie Oliver team up to investigate her, with Hanley posing as a lawyer and Oliver as a music critic. As they get closer to the truth, Hanley falls in love with Carla, putting him in a difficult position. The film stars George Brent as Tim Hanley, Ilona Massey as Carla Nillson, and Basil Rathbone as Reggie Oliver.
