Dead Man's Gold (1948)

"Dead Man's Gold" is an American Western film released in 1948, directed by Ray Taylor. The plot follows Lash LaRue (as himself) and his sidekick Fuzzy Q. Jones (Al St. John) as they investigate the murder of their friend Jim Thornton, who had discovered a gold mine. Thornton's daughter, Jane (Peggy Stewart), is left with a map to the mine, and Lash and Fuzzy must protect her from the ruthless outlaws who also seek the treasure.
