"White Zombie" is an American pre-Code horror film released in 1932, directed by Victor Halperin. The plot revolves around a young couple who travel to Haiti for their wedding, only to become entangled in the sinister plans of Murder Legendre, a voodoo master who uses his dark magic to transform people into mindless zombies. The film stars Bela Lugosi as Murder Legendre, Madge Bellamy as Madeleine Short, and Robert W. Frazer as Charles Beaumont.
