Framed (1947)
"Framed" is an American film noir released in 1947, directed by Richard Wallace. The plot follows Mike Lambert, a down-on-his-luck mining engineer who gets caught up in a scheme orchestrated by a femme fatale. He's framed for murder and must clear his name while evading the police and confronting the dangerous woman who betrayed him. The film stars Glenn Ford as Mike Lambert, Janis Carter as the femme fatale, and Barry Sullivan as her accomplice.
