Transgender: Transitioning WITH Jesus - Kimberley Beregrove, Bible-believing Transgender Christian

Contemplating transition is often a deep secret for closeted transgender people. Even among those of us who acknowledge our gender variance, we don't often make our transition a matter of open conversation with God.
I believe that this needs to change. If Jesus is our God and Saviour, then He has the right to be the guiding force in all our decision making. When we acknowledge our struggles with gender dysphoria to Him, and seek His guidance, we may be surprised at how graciously He may lead us through this huge change in our life, and bless the experience to us every step of the way.
The key however, is to realize that our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit. Whatever we may do, we need to know that it is His will, and that He is with us in it.
