📝INGREDIENTS:
2 courgettes (500g)
1 small onion
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon green pesto
Dried tomatoes in oil 80g
Ricotta 200g
Greek Feta 50g
Grated Parmesan 40g
Fresh parsley

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes
