Advanced Total Body Mat Workout: Standing Roll Down

Starting the class with a standing roll down to warm up our bodies and align our spines. Let's find our parallel feet position and lift our spines tall. Take a deep breath in and as we exhale, let's roll our heads down, softening our knees, and continue rolling our spines down to the floor. Inhale at the bottom, soften the knees and exhale as we lift the abdominal wall and bring our pelvis to a vertical alignment. Keep lifting up, up, up, and stand tall. #Pilates #Alignment #WarmUp
