In the quiet recesses of our consciousness, there lies a bridge between the seen and the unseen, a passage that few have crossed and returned to speak of. On today's episode, we welcome John J. Davis, whose near-death experience opened a window into the mysteries of the afterlife, offering us a glimpse of the profound and the eternal.

John J. Davis recounts a life steeped in the traditions of Catholicism, with a childhood filled with rituals and a deep-seated fear of God. "I had a hard time understanding Catholicism because the big thing that I had a hard time with was the fear of God that they put in you," he recalls. His spiritual journey took a dramatic turn at the age of 21 when a moped accident led to a life-changing near-death experience.

During a routine surgery, John had an allergic reaction to the anesthesia, causing his heart to stop. "The very second that I died, I opened my eyes again, and I was standing in the most beautiful building I had ever seen," he describes. This was no ordinary building; it was a vast corridor adorned with pristine white marble columns and tables, a scene reminiscent of the Temple of Artemis in Turkey. It was here that John's guide, a spirit named Alan, introduced him to the orientation center for souls transitioning to the afterlife.

In this sacred space, John witnessed the arrival of a newly departed soul, an elderly man who had died of a heart attack. The orientation counselors, two beings seated at each marble table, helped the man remember his true spiritual home. "Their job is to help orientate people back to the other side," John explains. As the man transformed from an elderly figure to one in his prime, John understood that this place was designed to ease souls back into their eternal state, free from the physical constraints of earthly existence.
